Join us for our Running Club starting Thursday, October 19!
Discover running! Improve strength and stamina, learn running basics, and meet new friends as you train for your first 5K race. (Shed those extra pounds while you’re at it.)
12-week program includes:
• Training for fun runs, tempo runs, fartlek runs, and progression runs.
• Short/medium runs (2.5 miles) and medium/long runs (6-13 miles).
• Professional coaching.
• Competition in the Fairlawn 5K race on January 1, 2018.
Learn: Running Mechanics, Running Power, Injury Prevention
Increase: Core Strength, Total-body Strength, Mobility & Flexibility
