Designed To Help People Living With Multiple Sclerosis (MS)!

The MS Wellness Program is designed to help people learn to manage their health and increase their level of physical activity in a safe and motivating environment. MS Wellness includes bi-weekly exercise sessions in a small-group training format and mini-health education sessions on topics such as nutrition, emotional health, cognitive (brain) function, relaxation skills, and self-care. The program can be customized to those who walk independently, need a cane or rely on a wheelchair for mobility.
