The Pre-Op Fitness Program is specifically designed to help you get in the best shape possible as you prepare for a major surgical procedure.

The Pre-Op Fitness Program was developed with the guidance of physicians, nurses and rehabilitation professionals. Studies demonstrate that improving your fitness level prior to surgery can have a significant and positive impact on your post-surgical outcomes.

This customized two- to six-week program consists of three supervised small-group exercise sessions per week.
