Alex Adragna

Alex_AdragnaPersonal Trainer

Alex earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Montclair State University. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, with first aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross. Also, he is an Olympic weightlifting/sports performance coach, level 1, through USA Weightlifting.

Alex maintains his credentials through a variety of fitness education events. He continuously researches the latest trends in personal training to meet his clients’ evolving needs.

He works well with all age levels, including youth to collegiate athletes who he helps in areas such as speed, agility, strength, and power. Alex also is skilled at helping accomplish weight-loss goals, and increase quality-of-life through functional training. He uses a variety of training methods, including circuit training, mixed martial arts, and full-body conditioning. For those interested in competitive bodybuilding, or just some serious weightlifting, Alex has the credentials and techniques needed for success.

At every session, Alex’s priority is to offer a safe, effective fitness experience that leaves you excited for your next workout.
