Methodology

The key to improved performance in sports is MOVEMENT, specifically how you accelerate, decelerate and change directions. Our training METHODOLOGY is defined as movement based training which focuses on performance enhancement and injury reduction. This methodology is organized into a training SYSTEM which identifies an athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, imbalances and needs, and addresses them in order to improve the athlete’s ability to move. This is accomplished by training all of the aspects relevant to improving movement in every session i.e. Speed and Agility, Strength and Power, Mobility and Flexibility, Neuromuscular Coordination and Conditioning.

The system is applied through the utilization of various PROGRAMS which have a multi-disciplinary approach and a high degree of correlation between all of the elements. The end result is a stronger more powerful athlete who is more mobile and efficient in his or her movements.

  • Middle School | 12-14 years old | 75 min
